This article came out today:

Overall, I found it well researched and well written. The title is slightly inaccurate for the presumed purpose of baiting people into clicking on it. That's fine. We don't store heads, but only brains.
Dr. Olson said, “I can tell you right now that there are medical schools across the country that are really unable to teach neuroanatomy because of the difficulty in acquiring human brains.” I would respond to that by saying that activities of companies like ours do not interfere with that process. Medical schools require the donor to sign up well in advance. They are also more restrictive in their acceptance criteria in regards to weight, disease, timing, and next-of-kin situations. In other words, our industry takes the bodies that the medical schools turn away. Medical schools also pay for cremation costs, so there's no incentive for donors to not donate to medical schools.
