It replaces the previous page about Standby. I'm sort of moving away from the term "standby" because I think that represents an old fashioned all or nothing approach that is expensive, complicated, and generally long distance. As we open our satellite offices, I think the idea of rapid response becomes more important than standby. I'm envisioning a lower threshold for sending people out and different levels of response. Of course this is hypothetical until we open those locations, but not entirely. We're going to be sending people from Oregon at a lower threshold as well.
